Cecil Jamison
I’m Cecil Jamison and I have been in the pool industry since 1983. I live in Plano and am happily married to my wife, Lori. We have a beautiful daughter, Skylar. I started working at The Pool Surgeon 1996 and have my Texas Appliance Installers License. Among other things, I am a Certified Pool Operator, a certified scuba instructor, and enjoy parenthood by running around for Skylar’s cheer competitions and activities.
Matt Rubel
I’m Matt Rubel and I have been in the pool industry since 2011. I live in Gainesville with my wife, Brittney, and our daughter Payton. I began working at the Pool Surgeon in 2018 and have my Texas Appliance Installers License. I enjoy working on cars, fishing, and spending time with my family.
Josiah Montoya
I’m Josiah Montoya and I have been in the pool industry since 2016 when I began working for the Pool Surgeon. I specialize in leak detections and repairs for our company. I live in Sherman with my wife, Macey. We have four children, Anna, Josiah Jr., Josephine, and Naomi. I also have my Texas Appliance Installers License. With my free time I enjoy taking the family out for camping and enjoying nature.
I’m Kelly Kraft and I began in the pool industry in 2017. I work in the office and answer the phones, schedule the calls, and do my best to make customers happy. I live in Colleyville with my husband, Steve, and our 3 children. I enjoy spending time with my family and our dogs. Sorry if you call and there is some barking in the background.
I’m Laura Evans and began working at the Pool Surgeon in 2015. I have held many tasks since I started working here (welcome to small family businesses) but currently manage the books and focus on the marketing/advertising side of our business. I am married to Grant and we have two perfect fur babies, Samson and Sadie Lou. We live in Allen and enjoy spending time with family and staying active.
Grant EvansI’m Grant Evans and technically began working at the Pool Surgeon in 2013. But I have literally been around pools my whole life ever since my dad, Harold, started the company in 1984. I spend my time working with our technicians in the field by supporting them in any way that I can. I also provide office support and wearing many hats to keep things moving along as smoothly as possible. I am married to Laura and we live in Allen.
I’m Jarred Morgan and I have been in the pool industry since 2006. I began working for the Pool Surgeon when Harold, my father in law and founder of The Pool Surgeon, offered for me to work in the family business after I graduated from college in 2009. I live in Fairview with my wife, Heather, and our 3 children (Grace, Blaine, and Pierce). We enjoy spending time with family and friends and being an active part of our community.
We are Harold & Rose Evans. We started the Pool Surgeon in 1984 after moving back and forth from Texas to California and back. I was drawn to the industry because I had a good understanding of electricity, thanks to my grandfather, and felt we could operate our pool business and enjoy my family life at the same time. Providing excellent service and treating everyone by the same rule, The Golden Rule, has always been something that we live by every day and what we wanted to bring into our business. We are not as involved in the day to day activity anymore, instead spending time mentoring with the various family members we have in the business and more time with the grandkids. Watching our business transition to the second generation of family is one of the more gratifying things we've been a part of and enjoy every minute of the journey. Hopefully our grandkids will want to be a part of this great industry that has provided so much to our family. We want to thank all of our customers for their support over the years and hope that our family can continue to support yours moving forward.
