OUR COMPANY STORY

The Pool Surgeon was born on July 23, 1984.  In the early days, our knowledge was slim, however our desire and values were strong.  The founder of our company felt the importance of understanding the pool industry from the bottom up.  In the mid 1980s, it was not uncommon to see him at the wholesale house buying parts and developing relationships within the wholesale business.  Like most start-up companies, we repaired pools and built relationships with customers by day and kept score by night. Since 1984, The Pool Surgeon has done business by referral only.  All of our customers have been developed by either experience or association.  We thank our loyal customers for the growth and economic support over these years.  While our knowledge as industry experts and leaders is surpassed by no one, the core values from our early days remain solid.  We strongly believe and try to live by the golden rule:  "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."  No matter how large our company grows, we will always strive to educate and inform our customers.  Trust is at the heart of our business relationships.  If our customers give us their trust, we will always strive to do what is fair and right. Today, The Pool Surgeon serves the metroplex with perhaps the most stable workforce in the area.  The story of our team is the basis for our sustained growth and success.  We do not strive to be the largest.  We strive to be the best.
