Cecil and Lori met in 1988 and were married in 1991.  Cecil grew up in Plano and graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1977.  Lori grew up in Duncanville and graduated from the University of North Texas and is a certified Paralegal.  Cecil, Lori and Kodiak are homeowners in north Plano.They are very active members of First Baptist Church of Plano.  On any given day, this active couple will be found at their church, rollerblading or jogging around north Plano, scuba diving in Mexico, or waterskiing on local lakes. They are very active members of First BaptistChurch of Plano. If you want to make Lori smile, simply say "Canton"!  She is the Queen of First Monday.  If Lori had her way, everyday would be a holiday for yard art.  On the other hand, Cecil loves his wife and goes along with just about anything.  When you see Lori and Cecil together, it is clear that they are soulmates. Cecil and his father, Lyman founded Outdoor Concepts in 1983.  It was always our founder's dream that one day, Cecil would work with our firm.  As luck would have it, Lyman retired in 1996 and Cecil combined his operation with The Pool Surgeon.  He holds credentials that would impress anyone.  He is certified by the National Spa and Pool Institute (NSPI), Polaris Pool Systems, Purex/Triton, Jandy/Teledyne Laars, RayPak, Franklin and Compool.  In short, every credible major manufacturer in the pool industry recognizes his expertise.  Probably half of the business generated by Cecil's knowledge comes from within the industry. At 6'4" and 240 pounds, in sheer size, he commands respect.  In reality, he is gentle, respectful and kind.  Both customers and professional contemporaries look up to Cecil.
